Welcome to LAC Knox

Life Activities Club Knox is a not for profit, non-political and non-sectarian group formed in 1987 to assist those approaching or in retirement, to remain mentally, physically and socially active with other like minded people.

The Club provides a variety of social and leisure activities for the over (but not restricted to) 50's during the day or evening and at weekends. Singles and couples are most welcome.

You may wish to "try before you buy" and as such you may attend any of the activities for up to in total 3 occasions before deciding whether to become a member.
