Welcome to Casey/Cardinia LAC

What our Club offers
The Casey/Cardinia Life Activities Club is a socal club for active men and women in the 50 and over age group who live in the City of Casey, the Shire of Cardinia and surounding areas.

If you:

• are too old for youth clubs and too young for Senior Citizens clubs;
• are still wortking, about to retire or have retired;
• want interesting things to do;
• like to mix with other like-minded people;

then this may be the Club for you to join!

The Club provides a wide range of activities to help Club members keep physically and mentally active, while they enjoy the congenial company of fellow members.
Club activities are available during the day, in the evening and at weekends to suit most people's situations. With over a dozen activities available to members, many tastes and interests can be met.

Membership Fees 2011-12
There is -

• a joining fee ot $6.50 per person PLUS
• an annual membership subscription of $24 per person.

ACTIVITIES
Casey/Cardinia LAC's activities are arranged as:

• Full Group Activities - activities open to all  members, e.g., concerts, Christmas dinner, New Years Eve party, fun nights, social gatherings, speakers, day and extended bus tours.
• Sub Group Activities (called Activitie Groups) - activities open to members who share a common interest. The members meet regularly, perhaps weekly or monthly, to pursue their shared interest, e.g., playing cards, dancing, walking.

Activities Currently Available include

Members' Nights are held onat 7.30pm on the fifth Friday in those months where there are 5 Fridays in the month. Typically the night begins with drinks and nibbles then there is either an entertainer or an interesting activity, and the night cloncludes with supper together.
